Will this actually get rid of my under-eye bags?

Nuvyelle is designed to reduce the appearance of puffiness, dark circles, and mild sagging around the eye area through consistent use of the Eye Tightening Gel and Gua Sha Tool. Results vary by person, and results depend on the underlying cause, genetics, sleep, allergies, and aging all play a role, so we don't promise a specific outcome.

Are my dark circles genetic, or is this something I did?

Both are common. Dark circles can come from thin under-eye skin and visible blood vessels (genetic), or from fluid buildup, sun exposure, and aging (environmental). Our products are formulated to address the visible puffiness and skin laxity that most people can improve regardless of the root cause.

Will this replace sleep?

No. Nothing replaces sleep. What Nuvyelle can do is help reduce the puffy, tired look that lingers even on a decent night's sleep, or take the edge off on the rough nights.

Is the gel safe to use around my eyes? My skin there is sensitive.

Yes, the formula is designed specifically for the delicate under-eye area. As with any skincare product, we recommend a small patch test first if you have known sensitivities, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

How do the gel and the Gua Sha tool work together?

The gel is formulated to visibly tighten and de-puff on its own. The Gua Sha tool is used after applying the gel to help with lymphatic drainage and product absorption, many customers find the combination gives a more noticeable result than either used alone, which is why we offer them as a pair.

How long until I see results?

Some people notice a visible de-puffing effect within minutes of use. Longer-term improvements in skin tightness and dark circles typically build with consistent daily use over several weeks. Individual results vary.

How do I use the Gua Sha tool correctly?

Apply the gel first, then use gentle upward and outward strokes along the orbital bone, never directly on the eyelid. A full how-to is included with your order.

Is this a complicated routine?

No. It's designed to take under two minutes a day, gel plus a quick gua sha pass, morning or night.

Can I use this if I wear makeup or have lash extensions?

Yes. We recommend applying the gel and using the gua sha tool on clean skin before makeup application, or at night as part of your skincare routine.

What's your return policy?
